View a 12 ft. mural of the iconic Rabbit Ears formation created by master artist Alex Rupert and two high school students for Gallery 928. The mural is located behind the Sedona Art Center.
Gallery 928 is located behind the Sedona Arts Center in Uptown Sedona. It's not an art gallery per se, but a beautiful 12-foot mural depicting an iconic red rock monument in Sedona. Gallery 928 represents a summer internship program initiated by the Sedona Arts Center to employ high school students for six weeks during the summer. The 2022 project, in collaboration with master artist Alex Rupert, was to create an abstract version of an iconic sculpture in Sedona. The two students chose Rabbit Ears, located in the Village of Oak Creek. A plaque near the mural gives an overview of the art work.
