The Arts Academy of Sedona (AAS) has announced the next presentation of its Friday Night at the Theater program (presented on the third Friday of every month) at its NEW theatre space at the New Room (Sedona UMC) (110 Indian Cliffs Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336). On August 21st from 7 to 8:30 pm, this cabaret-style event will feature music, dance, recitation, and drama from a variety of local performers, including musicians, comedians, singers, dancers, poets, and spoken-word artists. The cast includes Sedona’s First Poet Laureate, Gary Every, The Village Troubadours-Chantal Harte and Jashan Blackwell, and spoken word Poet Paul Jones, singer Sandi Schenholm, Zen Prov’s Chris Michael Sexson, Lynda Sexson, Terra Shelman and, Steve Jenness, the nights events will be hosted by Camilla Ross of Emerson Theater Collaborative. It’s good to be in community with others, so join us for light refreshments and a good time. Table seating, drinks, and eats...reserve your seat today! Tickets are $20 per person in advance and $30 at the door.
