This summer, Forty1, the signature restaurant at Ambiente, is launching an exclusive dinner series led by Executive Chef Kyle Rhodes. An intimate, three-part experience limited to just 20 guests per evening, each dinner offers an immersive look into Chef Rhodes’ culinary perspective, paired with a thoughtfully curated atmosphere that complements each course. The series lineup: Thursday, June 25 at 6pm – The Mentor’s Table A deeply personal menu paying tribute to the mentors and culinary icons who have influenced Chef Rhodes’ path, including his time under Chef Norman Van Aken. Each course reflects the philosophies, techniques, and creativity that continue to define his cooking. Thursday, July 23, at 6pm – Fire & Harvest: The Flavors of Arizona A celebration of the American Southwest, this dinner highlights Arizona’s early summer bounty through live-fire cooking and bold, seasonal flavors—a refined yet rustic expression of New World cuisine rooted in place. Thursday, August 20 at 6pm – Northern Arizona, On the Plate Inspired by the landscapes of Northern Arizona, this menu showcases seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and a strong sense of connection to Oak Creek’s natural beauty. What to expect: A five-course curated tasting menu featuring modern American cuisine with global influences.
