Sedona has been known for decades for its power to heal, recharge, and re-inspire visitors. It’s Upflow Vortexes facilitate soaring to a Higher Perspective for: Enhanced Insight, Stress Reduction, and Connection with the Infinite. Know that in Upflow areas, like Bell Rock, you do NOT have to go all the way to the top. The higher you go, the Upflow Effect does get stronger, but stronger is not necessarily better. Too much Upflow tends to “Bliss People Out.” That is great for stress reduction, but not for retaining the new insights you are getting. When you bliss out it tends to wipe memory. You feel good, but can’t remember some or all of the specifics.
