Situated centrally in the heart of the boutique property’s three rugged acres, the sophisticated restaurant promises unparalleled exclusivity and an ever-evolving menu of sumptuous dishes geared toward those with a refined yet adventurous palate, centered around locally grown and seasonal ingredients sourced from the surrounding region and beyond.
Chef Lindsey works closely with Blue Bird Farms, an organic, intentionality-driven farm located in nearby Rimrock, Ariz., to personally cultivate many of the ingredients utilized within Forty1’s offerings, as well as to provide composting services for the entire property. This guarantees that all compostable materials, whether restaurant waste or coffee grounds, will be recycled right back into their soil source, culminating in a truly self-sustaining, farm-to-fork life cycle.
Alongside the decadent food pairings, guests will enjoy an impressively robust cocktail program that Lead Bartender and Mixologist Breann Anzar worked closely with Chef Lindsey to create. The signature cocktail menu will rotate with the seasons, following suit with the food.
