The Gong is a portal to these vibrations and can help activate and tune your vibrations, aligning and balancing your Chakras and energy grid. Bathing in the Gong’s vibrations tunes your body like sonic acupunture.

These vibrations also affect the brain. There are 5 states of the brain: Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta.

Our time together will start with some light breathwork to anchor into our bodies and continue with the Gong, a vehicle for moving the brain from state to state.

Through the Gong it is possible to focus, slow the mind, and move into a deeper, slower state of vibration. It is in these deep states, like Theta and Delta, that healing and realignment can occur.
