Their menu includes tender pulled BBQ chicken, pulled pork, and traditional sides like coleslaw, brown sugar beans, elote, prickly pear coleslaw, mac and cheese, and their scratch-made “Caboose” pies!
The Blazin’ BBQ & Pie Co. is a standalone lunchtime restaurant and catering service, separate from The Blazin’ M Experience — the evening chuckwagon dinner show and entertainment attraction next door.
