Attendees marvel at the energetic transformation of dynamic yoga classes, profound meditation sessions, insightful keynotes and immersive excursions, all on the sacred red rocks of Sedona’s landscape. SYF offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore, connect, and inspire.
It may be in its 12th year, but it's not business as usual for the Sedona Yoga Festival this time around. With a brand new ticketing system and tiered passes that create more equity, accessibility, and opportunity to give, SYF is making a commitment to continue to evolve and uphold the true teachings of yoga.
"The past has been a rehearsal, serving your wisdom, experience, and discernment," says Producer Heather Sanders. "Action requires presence and curiosity and releasing pattern restriction." Sanders applies the teachings of yoga in every business decision she makes, and this intention trickles into every experience participants have at this esteemed conference.
Another new aspect of the 2025 event will be exclusively On-The-Land Immersions, or deep dive workshops on the Thursday and Monday before and after the main event days. Led by local Sedona guides, these Immersions are opportunities to experience the wonder and magic of this sacred landscape we are so honored to call home. These include Shamanic land healing journeys, vortex walks, breath work, and horse medicine healing. Learn more and register here.
Music will, as always, play an integral role in the event, from large-scale evening performances to participatory kirtan and DJs who custom-tailor music on the spot to yoga flows. The Thursday night opening concert will feature Fiddler on the Rocks, Larissa Stow & the Shakti Tribe, while Friday will feature Ananda Das, LVDY, and Sacred Liight. Saturday night will host the signature evening concert, with music from Music Medicine with Darcy Nelson, Hindusthani Classical Music on Sarod and Tabla by Soumya Chakraverty and Debu Nayak, followed by a DJ Taz Rashid Dance Party.
The 2025 event will be returning to the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock — a favorite location according to many of our returning participants, giving all visitors a chance to be truly immersed in the magical landscape of Sedona. “There are so many feelings about planning SYF2025 and looking back over the years since the first event in 2013,” says Producer Heather Sanders. “While we have always said SYF is a conference with a festival feel, 2025 attendees can expect to find themselves in a space that allows for them to explore deeply, both within and in relationship, as paths will cross multiple times with one another, and all of their needs are addressed from the time they arrive.”
