“Werner Herzog: Radical Dreamer” Film Premiere
Date:
Sunday, January 4 2026 to Thursday, January 8 2026
The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “Werner Herzog: Radical Dreamer” showing Jan. 4-8 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre. Master film maker, auteur, poet, truth seeker, brand, legend — Werner Herzog. The man who had a 320-ton steamboat hauled over a steep hill in Peru, who hypnotizes his actors, climbs down into volcanoes, the man who lends his voice to The Simpsons, stars in blockbusters such as the Mandalorian. With exclusive behind-the-scenes access into Herzog’s everyday life, rare archive material and in-depth interviews with the man himself and celebrated collaborators — including Christian Bale and Nicole Kidman — the film presents, for the first time, a comprehensive portrait of an iconic artist of our time. “Werner Herzog: Radical Dreamer” will be shown at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre Jan. 4-8. Showtimes will be Sunday, Jan. 4 at 12:30 p.m.; Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 5 and 6 at 3:30 p.m.; and Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 7 and 8 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $12, or $9 for Film Festival members.
