Mostly floor based, this practices involves going slower, and holding the poses longer. The goal is to stimulate specific areas of the body and release tension in the mind and body, while also calming the nervous system. Class ends in restorative, relaxation postures supported by props. Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.
