Sedona Poetry Slam

The Sedona Poetry Slam is back for its 15th season. Over 3 rounds, poets perform high-energy, 3-minute, original poems to elicit an emotional reaction from the crowd. Poems are judged by 5 randomly chosen members of the audience. No props, costumes nor musical accompaniment permitted. All ages event, but performances are uncensored. Poets come from all over the Southwest to compete and win cash prizes. Traveling poets are welcome; signup details at foxthepoet.blogspot.com. Tickets $12.
