Sedona Day of Silence

Day of Silence is a guided, small-group meditation experience held outdoors in Sedona’s red rock landscapes. Participants are invited into a gentle day of quiet reflection, mindful walking, and seated meditation, with light guidance offered throughout. No prior meditation experience is needed. This experience is designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect during your time in Sedona.
