Join Melina on this all-day outdoor experience on the red rocks in Sedona Arizona!

Hike to a Sedona Vortex and experience guided breathwork meditation and energy healing with Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Therapy. Learn about Chakras and the Aura. Enjoy Sufi Heart Moving Meditation and ceremony. During this remarkable day, you will also do a spiritual journey within a beautiful Sedona Labyrinth.

This is an all-day experience so be sure to bring water and pack a lunch. Forest Service Permitted.
