The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “Requiem for a Tribe” showing Aug. 22-28 at the Alice Gill-Sheldon Theatre.
Fifty-five-year-old Hajar — who has spent her entire life in the nomadic Iranian tribe of Bakhtiari — is betrayed and disappointed by her closest family, who want to force her to settle down and peacefully live out her life in the city.
