It includes breath-work, centering, grounding, energy healing, totem animals, spirit guides, manifesting goals and absorbing the healing energy of the vortex. Your guide is one of Sedona's top energy readers and healers (with over 25 years of experience) and will tailor the meditation to your liking. Blankets are provided. Bring sturdy shoes, water & hats.
