During an aerial sound bath, participants lie or sit comfortably in the aerial hammocks, while the sound vibrations and frequencies envelop them, providing a deep sense of relaxation and calmness.

The gentle swinging motion of the hammock also adds to the overall experience, creating a sense of weightlessness and a feeling of being suspended in the air.
