Join Kathy Kessler to explore the power of Myofascial Release with Yin Yoga and Sound Healing.  In this 2 and 1/2 hour workshop you will experience the principles of Myofascial Release following the John F. Barnes approach with the triad of his work, unwinding, rebounding and structural releases infused into a Yin Yoga practice with meditation and a Sound Healing journey.
