This powerful mini retreat take you on a journey to RESET your BODY, MIND and SOUL. During our time together you will experience Yoga, meditation, conscious breathing, sound journey (with crystal singing bowls, guitar, keyboards, and voices, infused with Reiki), and a healthy, delicious, and balanced Ayurvedic lunch.
