‘Champion’ Met Live Opera

The Mary D. Fisher Theatre is honored to be the home for the Met Live Opera programs for the 2022-2023 season, presented by the Sedona International Film Festival. The season continues with Terence Blanchard’s “Champion” live via simulcast on Saturday, April 29 at 10 a.m. and the encore presentation on Wednesday, May 3 at 3 p.m. Six-time Grammy Award–winning composer Terence Blanchard brings his first opera to the Met after his “Fire Shut Up in My Bones” triumphantly premiered in 2021.
