This group breathwork & sound healing activation begins with an intention. For the majority of this ceremony, you will be lying down on a comfortable mat and after a guided meditation, special music will assist you to move into deep rhythmic breathing. You will experience multiple rounds of breathing. At the end of the journey, Marcus will assist you in grounding your energy and guide you through chakra-balancing.
