Beach Yoga and Wine at Alcantara Winery

Join Down Dog Sedona for an all-levels yoga class at the confluence of the Verde River and Oak Creek on the beautiful grounds of the Alcantara Winery. After yoga, take a dip in the cool waters of the Verde River and then walk over to the Alcantara Winery tasting room to enjoy yourself! Please bring: Sunhat or visor; sunglasses; suntan lotion; towel; water bottle; water shoes; UPF outer garment. Other: Alcantara has open air showers you can use to rinse off.
