Arizona Community Foundation of Sedona Site Visit with Hope House of Sedona

We will meet at the ACF of Sedona office and carpool over to the confidential site. This nonprofit provides transitional housing for homeless women with children in Sedona and the Verde Valley. They offer temporary housing, social services and support, meals, and transition plan programs to previously homeless children, youth, and adults.
