Lowell Observatory is pleased to present a celebration 92 years in the making: the 3rd Annual l I Heart Pluto Festival. Paleoanthropologist Dr. Donald Johanson, planetary scientist Dr. Alan Stern, and astronaut Dr. Nancy Currie-Gregg headline the event. This virtual and in-person celebration runs from February 12-21 and features a variety of talks, tours, an art show, and more. The festival falls on the anniversary of Clyde Tombaugh’s February 18, 1930 discovery of Pluto at Lowell Observatory.
