January 1 ~ Sedona Arts Center invites the public to an opening reception of “The Art of Recycling – Turning Trash to Treasure” from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on January 1 to meet the artists during First Friday in the Galleries. Over forty creative people from Flagstaff to Jerome to Camp Verde have spectacular works on view during the month of January in the Fine Art Gallery. The exhibit is showing through January 30 and will end with a gala live auction finale!
January 8, 9 & 10 ~ Green Film Festival presented by the Sedona International Film Festival. Three films will show and all at a special price of just $6 each so people can bring their families too. Purchase tickets and get more information HERE.

January 22, 23 & 24 ~ Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village will capture the art and soul of Sedona with a series of recycled art events.
January 30 ~ Live Gala Auction Event for the Art Exhibition at the Sedona Arts Center. The Sedona Arts Center presents “The Art of Recycling: Turning Trash into Treasure,” an exhibition of exquisite artworks created from recycled, repurposed and upcycled materials. This month-long exhibition culminates with the sale of artworks by live auction on January 30. Exhibit related events will be happening all month across town, including a Treasure Hunt, children’s activities, movies about sustainability, and World Wisdom Days—all designed to inspire conservation of our precious resources.
