The building is a historic Stone House and may be rented out for events. The Stone House is as large as a one car garage and it has a large private patio that has a capacity for an outdoor event. We have had 80 people on the patio before. It is adjacent to a Thai restaurant and can be utilized for an event as well and can also use the patio attached to the restaurant which is connected to the Stone House patio to accommodate more people.
