Immerse yourself in deep peace and rest with the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra. Simply lie in savasana and be guided as you allow the sounds of the crystal alchemy bowls to wash over and through you. After the yoga nidra, you then will express your visions and creativity while painting on canvas.
Dress in loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and pillow and any required props.
