This organizational wellness workshop is based on the research of noted Psychologist Daniel Goleman. Goleman's research found that although a leader must have cognitive and technical skills to be successful, it is the leader’s emotional intelligence which distinguishes an outstanding leader from an adequate leader. Come join an interactive learning event where you will discuss emotional intelligence's key tenets and philosophy.
