Join Christine Reed, author of the award-winning trail memoir, Alone in Wonderland, for a discussion of the benefits of going into nature alone, to connect with oneself, the natural world, and the outdoors community. Investigate the common fears that hold us back from venturing out and learn some helpful tools to confront those fears.
