Singing professionally since age 17, Uma has studied opera, jazz, pop and gospel and sings in 6 languages. Her style is eclectic, encompassing Rhythm and Blues, Latin, Broadway, Folk & Gospel, having been influenced by Aretha, Barbra, Ella, Mariah and Whitney.
