Aerial Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls offers a uniquely restorative experience that combines the gentle suspension of an aerial hammock with the deeply resonant tones of crystal singing bowls. Resting in the cradle of the hammock allows your body to feel fully supported, weightless, and free of tension, creating an ideal environment for inner stillness and release. As the pure, soothing vibrations of the crystal bowls wash over you, the sound frequencies help quiet the mind, deepen meditation, and guide the nervous system into states of profound relaxation. The hammock enhances comfort by relieving pressure points and allowing the body to soften completely, making it easier to surrender to the experience. Together, the sound and the sensation of being gently held encourage you to let go—of stress, resistance, and the busyness of the day—while opening space for clarity, calm, and renewal. This practice nurtures both body and spirit, inviting a feeling of floating ease, elevated meditation, and a deep sense of peace. No prior aerial hammock experience needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to transform. Please Note: - Please do not wear jewelry or other items that could poke or tear into the silk hammocks. Sealable bags will be provided on request. - To protect the silk hammocks, please recognize that body or hair oils and products can stain the silk. Towels will be provided on request. - Limited hammocks (five) are available. - A hammock orientation and familiarization will be provided. If for some reason the hammock does not work out well for you, you will have the option to come out of the hammock at any time and move onto the floor with a mat, blanket and pillow.
