Held on the scenic campus of Sedona Red Rock High School, located at 995 Upper Red Rock Loop Road, the event is set against the backdrop of Sedona’s iconic red rock formations, providing an unforgettable atmosphere for art lovers. Festival-goers can explore the exhibits from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
As Sedona’s largest and longest-running art festival, this beloved event continues to draw a mix of both returning and new artists each year, keeping the festival experience fresh and exciting for attendees. Lori Reinhart, Festival Director, has been leading the festival for 14 years and believes the personal connections between artists and visitors are what make the event truly special.
"The relationships we’ve built with our artists over the years enhance the experience for everyone involved," Reinhart said. "Our attendees enjoy the opportunity to meet and connect with the artists, and many of them return year after year to see their favorite exhibitors and purchase unique works of art."
The festival also features a partnership with the Sedona Visual Artists Coalition (SVAC), giving attendees the chance to experience art from members of Verde Valley’s popular Open Studios Tour. Additionally, Chamber Music Sedona has partnered with the Sedona Arts Festival to support arts education in the area. The festival’s "Dollars for Scholars" raffle offers a chance to win stunning pieces donated by participating artists, with all proceeds benefiting Chamber Music Sedona’s mission to keep music education thriving in local schools.
In addition to visual art, the festival will include a variety of food options from local food trucks, a beer and wine garden featuring selections from DA Ranch Estate Vineyards, and live music throughout the weekend. Whether you’re looking to shop at Gourmet Row, enjoy a local meal, or simply soak in the creative energy, the festival offers something for everyone.
Admission to the Sedona Arts Festival is $15 and covers access to the festival for both days. Children 12 and under can attend for free with a paying adult, making it an affordable family-friendly event. Tickets are available for purchase in advance on the festival’s website at www.sedonaartsfestival.org.
The Sedona Arts Festival is proudly supported by the City of Sedona, Sedona Chamber of Commerce, and the Arizona Commission on the Arts. Due to the festival’s location on public school grounds, it is a smoke-free event, and only trained service animals are permitted.
