Day 1

Arrive in Sedona
Drop your guests in Uptown Sedona where they can do a scatter lunch (or set up a group lunch at one of our group friendly restaurants) and enjoy the shops and galleries for a couple of hours. Following are some suggestions for the rest of the day:

Enjoy a trolley ride
Your guests can enjoy a scenic overview of Sedona’s Red Rock Country on a quaint open-air trolley for a fun and entertaining ride. Various itineraries will take you to the Chapel of the Holy Cross, out to Boynton Canyon, or Bell Rock for dramatic pictures stops and lively commentary. Pick up at some hotels and group charters available.

Visit Art Galleries and Shops

  • Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village

Nestled beneath the shade of Sycamores on the banks of Oak Creek is Sedona’s unique arts & craft village. Fashioned after Tlaquepaque in Guadalajara, Mexico, your guests will stroll through a wonderland of shops, restaurants & galleries.

  • Hillside Sedona

Art galleries, distinctive shops, and restaurants are set against the backdrop of gorgeous red rocks.

  • Shops at Hyatt Pinon Pointe

Your guests can stroll through 3 open courtyards of shops and restaurants while viewing magnificent red rock formations.

Red Rock State Park
Our state parks offer exciting entertainment for all ages. Red Rock State Park is a 286-acre nature preserve and riparian habitat with exhibits and a video presentation on the geology, flora and fauna of the region. Ranger programs can be arranged for your clients.

Sedona Heritage Museum
Have your guests “take a step back in time,” as they stroll the grounds of this unique and historic pioneer home. Each room covers a segment of Sedona’s history from 1876 to present including the ranching, farming, and golden age of western movies. Orchards of apples and peaches played a big part in Sedona’s early economy. Your guests can tour the Apple Barn which can also be used for group events.

Evening activities

  • Western dinner theater and fun ranch adventures

Before dinner, a classic John Deere tractor pulls riders in wagons around the Ranch and everyone has fun trying their hand at roping, pitching horseshoes and target shooting with a real Colt .45 six-shooter. When the dinner bell rings it’s time to feast on Arizona style chicken and ribs, and the Blazin’ M Cowboys will entertain with their award-winning musical talents mixed with cowboy poetry and humor. The Frontier Town Shops offer fashion accessories, along with Branding Iron, Bootleggers, Gunslingers, the Photo-Op Shop, the Mabery Legacy Museum and Rodeo Drive.

  • Dinner Theater

Enjoy dinner prior to visiting the Encore Theater and take a stroll down musical memory lane at Sedona’s premier performance venue. The theater is host to one of the most unique Rock’ n Roll tributes you’ll ever see, as well as special performances by nationally recognized artists. The lobby contains one of the largest collections of Rock’n Roll memorabilia in Northern Arizona.

  • Stargazing

Enjoy an entertaining evening of astronomy under the canopy of Sedona’s brilliant starry sky guided by professional astronomers with decades of experience. State of the art telescopes and high powered laser pointers will guide you around the night sky.

Dinner Options
Sedona is the host to some of the best restaurants in Northern Arizona. Surrounded by majestic red rocks you can enjoy Southwest, American, Italian, Mexican, and Continental cuisines. From BBQ to dining along the creek, vegan, gluten-free, fresh fish from Oak Creek, and steak and potatoes, there is a restaurant to suit everyone’s palate. Many restaurants offer group menus and welcome tour groups.

Day 2

Start your day with a nice breakfast while enjoying the fresh clean air and beautiful red rocks. Your guests can then head out for an off-road adventure or a vortex or Native American experience. Activities can be arranged for the whole group or can be offered as optional activities.

  • Off-road Adventure

See Sedona’s stunning red rock country on an adventurous off-road excursion. Tours go to the back country, to places you never imagined existed. Enjoy the ride on easy to rugged landscapes including Native American history and culture, nature, geology and panoramic vistas.
