FAM Tours in Sedona
If you're interested in organizing a FAM Tour for your company, please complete the following form. We are eager to assist you in the development of your familiarization program (FAM), and it is our goal to ensure that your visit to Sedona is handled in a professional and productive manner. Please make sure to submit the form at least one month before your desired date of arrival.
Once the application has been received you will be required to submit the following items:
Written verification of airline sponsorship, including departure city, flight numbers, dates and times. Tentative list of all FAM participants including participation names, title and company description .
We will work with our membership to secure sponsorships on a complimentary or reduced rate basis. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any financial obligations incurred during the operation of this FAM and you will be responsible for any costs associated with non-complimentary services such as airfare, transportation, meals, other activities, etc.
We will work closely with you to build a comprehensive itinerary that suits your requirements and that best showcases the Sedona area. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful city!
